Our esteemed client, a prominent and varied entity in Saudi Arabia, is in search of a skilled Saudi Arabian qualified Counsel to provide counsel on corporate commercial matters downstream. This role presents the opportunity to elevate your career within one of the country's most highly regarded institutions, known for its substantial global footprint.The ideal candidate will boast a considerable background in the oil and gas sector as a corporate commercial attorney, demonstrating expertise in fuel, chemical, power systems, and pipeline administration.Candidates will ideally have a minimum of three years of experience gained from multinational corporations in house departments or from a distinguished law firm. Experience sitting as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company would be very appealing but not essential.Location: Saudi ArabiaRemuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package
