- Plan, organise, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities.
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
- Develop and implement TOP improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints.
- Remain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactions.
- Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
- Liaise with the technical department to ensure timely deliveries of information.
- Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
- Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.
- Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned by Lead Agent which touch on a broad range of topics.
- Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.
- Manage client relations and CRM.
- Take ownership of the department and the different functions within it.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities
- Coordinate and give feedback to the concerned departments on business processes and any client complaints. Maintain working relationships with all concerned departments
- Mentor and develop the operations team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Analyse statistics & data and compile accurate reports. Analyse and improve process and service procedures, policies, and standards
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions
- KPI management and tracking team member performance
- Continuously look towards improving the existing operations and focusing on scale.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business, Finance, or any related field.
- 10 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring supervisory and first-level managers in a production setting.
- Must have a proven track record with management, high level/executive administration or relevant experiences, preferably in the real estate industry
- Experience in sales operations and contracts.
- Experience working in large tech/ecommerce companies
- Experience in Real Estate is a must.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to manage up or down in the organisation, and comfort working with senior leadership
- Strong time management skills, ability to assess and manage priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills
