- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain high net worth guests
- Planing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract prospective customers
- Utilising a variety of channels including digital marketing, social media and strategic partnerships to effectively promote the company
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
- Developing and managing budgets for sales and marketing activities
- Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of sales and marketing experience including minimum of 5 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role
- A career background within international luxury hospitality, fitness or wellness organisations
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management strategies
- Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
