We are innovators, committed to redesigning and improving public services to fulfil our purpose to impact a better future by "Bringing National Visions to Life".Your OpportunityThe purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources, and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.We are looking for a The Senior FM Planning Specialist to create Facilities Strategy Roadmaps and plans in support of the Ministry's transformation programme as well as management of outsourced consultants and O&M contractors on behalf of the client.The ideal candidate should have effective time management and organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skillsThe Senior FM Planning Specialist will report into the FM Strategic Planning Manage and will be based in Riyadh.Key Accountabilities
  • Provide strategic input and advice to FM Strategic Planning Manager
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Assist in preparing strategic and operational plans
  • Collect, sort, and analyze data, presenting results effectively
  • Develop and implement facility management plans and strategies
  • Assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution
  • Prepare strategic plans to meet contract deliverables
  • Gather and analyze data to create detailed strategy reports
  • Create short, medium, and long-term strategies supporting client growth
  • Develop comprehensive working plans for strategy execution
  • Evaluate existing strategies and develop actionable improvement plans
  • Monitor facility usage, allocation, and trends for informed resource expenditure
  • Develop strategies, plans, and procedures aligning with ministry and national guidelines
  • Provide strategic and tactical services for facilities management
  • Develop short-term tactical maintenance and long-term facilities maintenance strategies
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects
  • Provide guidance and support for staff development in facility management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to internal stakeholders
Specific Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required
  • PMP certificate mandatory
  • Practical experience in KSA
  • Previous work in Public Sectors
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant field
  • In-depth understanding of strategic planning methods, concepts, and tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Skillful at building relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in interpreting and analyzing large volumes of data accurately
  • Familiarity with strategic reports, models, and industry standards
  • Handling of confidential information with discretion
  • Professional communication with internal and external parties
  • Commitment to personal and team development
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in analysis and strategy formulation
