This position involves providing legal counsel on various corporate matters, collaborating with clients to structure complex business transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a range of corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of changes in corporate laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution.
Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
